What began as a passion project in a small Logan, Utah kitchen became the pizza factory that thousands of families rely on today. Founder Marco Donelli brought decades of family recipes from his grandmother's kitchen in Naples, Italy — adapting them with premium local ingredients to create a true pizzafactory experience unique to the Beehive State.

We never compromise on quality. Our dough is hand-stretched daily, our sauces are made from scratch each morning, and our stone-fired ovens reach the perfect temperature to give you that authentic char and crisp on every crust.

2009

The First Slice

Marco Donelli opens the first Pizza factory location at 119 S Main St, Logan, with just 8 tables and a single stone-fired oven imported from Naples. The line is out the door from day one.

2012

Growing the Recipe Book

After three years of customer feedback and kitchen experimentation, we launch 12 new signature pizzas including our famous "Logan Special" and award-winning garlic ranch chicken pizza.

2015

Best Pizza in Utah

Pizza factory is named "Best Pizza in Northern Utah" by Utah Food Guide — a recognition that cements our status as a true pizzafactory destination and brings visitors from across the state.

2018

Renovation & Expansion

We expand our dining room from 8 to 45 tables, add a dedicated catering kitchen, and introduce online ordering. Our team grows to 24 passionate pizza artisans.

2021

Community Milestones

We serve our 25,000th pizza and launch the Pizza factory School Fundraiser Program, contributing over $40,000 to Logan area schools through pizza nights and donation drives.

2024

Today & Beyond
